1 / When will I receive my letterbox?

Envelopes are sent in the first week of each month. UK subscribers can expect to receive theirs within a few days of dispatch.

2 / What’s included each month?

Each month, subscribers receive:

A frameable A5 poetry print
A thoughtful musing or reflection
A seasonal recipe with a featured ingredient

All printed on beautiful, tactile paper and delivered straight to your letterbox with love.

3 / Can I gift this to someone?

Absolutely. yours faithfully makes a meaningful gift — for birthdays, encouragement, celebrations, or just because. You can:

Purchase a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month gift subscription
Send part of your own monthly set to someone else

4/ Do you take custom requests or collaborations?

I am open to meaningful partnerships in — especially if they align with the themes of faith, presence, creativity, and slow living. Feel free to get in touch.

5/ Do you ship internationally?

Currently yours faithfully is only available in the United Kingdom (inc Northern Ireland). I hope to open up to international sales in 2026.

6/ Do I need to create an account?

Yes — when you subscribe, you’ll be asked for your email so you can manage your subscription. It only takes a moment.

7/ What if I move or need to pause my subscription?

You can update your delivery address or pause your subscription at any time via your account. We want this to feel flexible and nourishing, not like a chore. Note; this should be done prior to 22nd of the month, changes made after will be in effect from the following month.

8/ Can I cancel or change my plan?

Of course — if you’re on the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime by the 21st of the month prior. Prepaid plans (3, 6, or 12 months) run for the full period you’ve chosen.

9/ What’s the cut-off date to join?

Subscriptions placed by the 22nd of the month will be included in the following month’s envelope. Orders after that will start the month after.
